Prenatal Guidance & Preparation
Personalized 1:1 or group sessions where I provide practical, educational guidance to support you and your partner through prenatal care and birth preparation.
In each session, we’ll cover a variety of techniques and tools to empower your birthing journey, including:

Rebozo Relaxation & Restorative Session
This traditional practice, rooted in Mexican and Central American midwifery, uses a woven shawl called a rebozo to gently rock, sift, and wrap the body—helping release physical tension, emotional stress, and energetic blocks.
Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or simply in need of nurturing, this session promotes deep relaxation, alignment, and a return to center.

A Mother Blessing is a heartfelt, guided ceremony designed to honor and celebrate the journey of motherhood. Surrounded by your closest community, this gathering offers a space to receive love, blessings, and well wishes as you prepare for the birth of your child. Through meaningful rituals, affirmations, and shared experiences, we create a sacred circle of support to nurture and empower the mother-to-be.
This ceremony focuses on:

Meal Preparation and Nutritional Guidance

I offer personalized meal planning and preparation to ensure you are nourished and supported during your gestation & post partum recovery. I will create and prepare a variety of wholesome, nutrient-dense meals and snacks specifically designed to support healing, energy, and lactation. These meals will be carefully prepared, frozen, and stored, so you have a well-stocked supply of nourishing food during the critical first weeks after birth. I also offer online classes and sessions where I help you become informed of the essential nutrition keys for pregnancy and postpartum.
